Strange But True

Laid up with a broken leg after an accident, Philip Chase (Love, Simon’s Nick Robinson) is now living back at home with his mother Charlene (Amy Ryan) in upstate New York. It’s been five years since the death of Philip’s brother Ronnie, a devastating blow that has torn the Chase family apart.

However, everything changes and barely healed wounds are re-opened when they receive an unexpected visit from Ronnie’s former girlfriend, Melissa (Margaret Qualley). Melissa is heavily pregnant and the father, she insists, is Ronnie. Could it be that Melissa is giving birth to Ronnie’s child? Stranger things have happened. Their desperate search for answers takes them on a poignant and emotional journey where the truth is altogether more alarming…

Also starring Greg Kinnear, Brian Cox and Blythe Danner and based on the Best-selling novel of the same name, STRANGE BUT TRUE will keep you guessing until the very end.
